• Wet, recyclable, and non-recyclable waste collected from every unit.
• A trained operator for the organic waste converter.

With the client. Machinery servicing, repairs, and material procurement. Bulk and move-out waste is disposed through BBMP or the panchayat, arranged by the client.

• Cables, connections, breakers, and meters inspected so they stay clean, secure, and accurate.
• Lighting watched, and failed parts replaced promptly.
• Panels opened only by authorised people. Earthing maintained.
• Statutory inspections coordinated so licences and permits stay valid.
• Plant-room logbooks kept to OEM standards. Transformers and circuit breakers supervised.

With the client. Consumables, spares, major repairs, oil testing and filtration, and specialised overhauls. NEX coordinates specialist agencies when a major repair is required.

• Chambers, manholes, catch basins, and drainage lines cleaned at least twice a year.
• Blockages cleared. Gratings and covers kept in place and replaced if lost or damaged.
• Pumps, panels, and controls maintained.
• STP operated, with water and wastewater quality recorded.
• A service report for every incident.

With the client. The cost of blockage clearance, machinery repairs, materials, and tank cleaning.

• Lawns, ground cover, shrubs, and trees watered, fed, pruned, and trimmed.
• Dead or damaged plants replaced with a matching species of similar maturity.
• Dead leaves removed, hedges trimmed, beds de-weeded, lawns mown.

With the client. Manure, fertiliser, and landscaping materials.

• Common areas and villa backyards treated on a schedule.
• Rodent control.
• Fumigation to hold the sanitation standard.
• Honeybee removal and snake control, handled so the disruption stays small.

• WTP operated so quality and supply stay consistent.
• Raw and treated water levels recorded, and hardness tracked.
• Water meter readings taken.
• External leaks on domestic and STP lines found and closed.

With the client. All materials for maintenance and repairs.

• Blockages in commodes, wash basins, and kitchen sinks cleared.
• Leaks at kitchen sinks, health faucets, and bathroom taps repaired.
• Complaints logged per flat or villa.

Outside this scope. Major rework, demolition, and structural changes. All repair materials are provided by the client.

• Regular tests for clarity, hygiene, and safety.
• Filtration cycles recorded on a checklist.
• Ongoing treatment so the pool stays guest-ready.

With the client. Major equipment servicing, including sand filters, pumps, and related machinery.
